This picture makes absolutely no sense if you haven't played Earthworm Jim 2 or seen the cartoon. So I'll explain it for the people who haven't.
In Earthworm Jim 2, there's a level called '
uppy Love' in which Peter Puppy has lost all 600 (yes, 600) of his litter to Psy-Crow, and he enlists Jim's help to get him back.
Now, Peter Puppy in the games has the color scheme of the puppies in this picture, in the cartoon, he's as he's seen here with clothing. Obviously, the games and the cartoons are in different universes, so I kind of imagined how cartoon Peter would react to his alter ego's giant litter just appearing in his home.
My imagination came up with this image.
Expect more Earthworm Jim stuff in the future. Trust me.
